Appointments
Due to the length of some of our services, and to ensure simultaneous scheduling of our packages, we request that you schedule services as far in advance as possible.
We request at least an advance 24 hour notice for cancellation of your appointments. All Spa Packages require at least an advance 48 hour notice of cancellation. A credit card is required to schedule all spa packages, bridal parties, and any appointment longer than two hours.

Cancellation Charges
Any spa package, bridal party, or appointment longer than two hours cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of all services scheduled.
Any spa package, bridal party, or appointment longer than two hours that the client does not attend and is not cancelled will result in a full charge of all services scheduled.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of service. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.

Returned Check Charge
All returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee. Thank you for your understanding.
